Aushilfe in der Lohnbuchhaltung auf Minijob-Basis (m/w/d)
Als Abrechnungsdienstleister für Film- und Fernsehproduktionen verwalten wir ca. 700 Lohnmandanten. Im Rahmen eines Minijobs unterstützt du das Team regelmäßig und zuverlässig bei den Monatsabschlüssen an 5-7 zusammenhängenden Tagen im Monat. Die Tage werden im Vorfeld festgelegt; i.d.R. beginnen wir mit den Abschlüssen um den 15. eines jeden Monats. Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung sind nicht erforderlich, da viele Vorgänge automatisiert ablaufen und deine Kolleg*innen dich gut einarbeiten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst SV-Meldungen sowie Beitragsnachweise und übermittelst diese an die Krankenkassen
- Du erstellst UV-Lohnnachweise und übermittelst diese an die Unfallversicherungsträger
- Du erstellst Überweisungsdateien unter Berücksichtigung von Lastschriftmandaten
- Du erzeugst Buchhaltungsberichte für die Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du sendest unseren Kunden E-Mails nach internen Vorgaben

- Du stehst regelmäßig im Zeitraum der Monatsabschlüsse für 5-7 Tage (6-8 Std./Tag) zur Verfügung (ab dem 15. eines jeden Monats)
- Du bist absolut zuverlässig und hältst dich an Absprachen
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und sorgfältig
- Du kannst mit einem Computer umgehen und findest dich nach Einweisung in einem neuen Programm gut zurecht (Lohnsoftware und E-Mail-Programm)
