Wir betreiben am Standort Berlin unser eigenes Rechenzentrum. Dabei setzen wir moderne Virtualisierungstechnik zur Erhöhung der Ausfall- und Datensicherheit ein. In unserem Büro vor Ort und in diversen Homeoffices betreuen wir ca. 50 Arbeitsplätze. Zudem steigt die Anzahl unserer Kunden, die unsere Webservices nutzen, stetig. Zuverlässigkeit, Datensicherheit und Kundenzufriedenheit haben dabei für uns höchste Priorität.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere Infrastruktur und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher
- Du konsolidierst und optimierst unsere Systeme und bist verantwortlich für Monitoring und Backup
- Du betreust unsere Build-Pipelines und unterstützt unser Development-Team beim Deployment unserer Software
- Du kümmerst dich um Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme und Auslieferung von Hardware an Kund*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen
- Du bist für den Inhouse-Support sowie die Betreuung der Arbeitsstationen und Homeoffice-Arbeitsplätze zuständig
- Du pflegst die Dokumentation der Systeme
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit externen Dienstleistern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in im Bereich Systemintegration mit
- Du bist IT-begeistert, hast eine hohe Motivation und die Bereitschaft ständig neue Dinge dazuzulernen
- Du kannst Probleme bereits im Vorfeld erkennen und findest alternative Lösungen
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern, Kund*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen
- Du gehst sicher mit der Linux-Shell (Bash) um und hast Erfahrungen mit Powershell (Windows)
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Administration von Linux und Windows-Systemen
- Du kannst Standardserverdienste wie Postfix, Dovecot, Nginx und MySQL einrichten und betreiben
- Du kennst dich mit VLANs, Firewalls und VPN-Verbindungen aus
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung und Datenbankadministration
- Du bringst idealerweise Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Webprogrammierung (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) mit

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job.
